AUTOMATION BUILDS

We replace the boring parts of your business with software that just runs.

Whether your bottleneck is WhatsApp orders that vanish in a thread, monthly reports that take a person three days to compile, or invoice follow-ups nobody has time to send — we build the automation layer that makes it all happen on its own.

WHAT WE BUILD

Three shapes the work takes.

Most engagements fall into one of three packages. Scope is fixed in writing before we start; the price is the price. We pick the right one with you on the discovery call, not before.

01

WhatsApp-to-Workflow Build

₦1.5M – ₦3M2 WEEKS1 ENGINEER · FOUNDER-LED

Your customers keep using WhatsApp. The chaos goes away. We add an invisible automation layer that turns incoming order messages into invoices, payment confirmations into inventory updates, and sets follow-up reminders firing automatically.

Custom Internal Operations Dashboard

₦4M – ₦10M4–8 WEEKS2 ENGINEERS · DESIGN-LED

One clean, role-based view of sales, inventory, payments, and KPIs. Replaces the monthly "let me email three people for the numbers" routine. Built mobile-first, offline-tolerant, integrated with what you already use.

Full-Stack Workflow Automation

₦5M – ₦15M6–10 WEEKS2–3 ENGINEERS · FULL TEAM

Multiple connected workflows: lead → CRM → quote → invoice → payment → fulfillment → support, with AI checkpoints at each handoff. Built to absorb 3x the volume without hiring.

HOW A BUILD RUNS

Six weeks, four checkpoints.

Same cadence on every build, scaled to its length. You see working software at the end of week two, every time. No “trust us, it's coming.”

CHECKPOINT01

Discovery & spec

We map the workflow end-to-end and write a fixed scope. You approve it before a line of code is written.

WEEK 1 · WRITTEN SCOPE
CHECKPOINT02

Build & iterate

Weekly demos against the spec. You see real software, not screenshots — small changes are free, scope changes go through change orders.

WEEKS 2–5 · WEEKLY DEMOS
CHECKPOINT03

Internal test

Your team runs the system on real work for a week, in parallel with the old way. We sit with the people using it and fix friction as it surfaces.

WEEK 5 · PARALLEL RUN
CHECKPOINT04

Launch & train

Cutover, recorded walkthroughs, and a 30-day hypercare window. After that, support shifts to a retainer or you take it in-house.

WEEK 6 · HANDED OVER
FIRST

Most clients reach this through the Operations Audit first.

A two-week paid audit maps your current workflows and ranks the highest-ROI automation opportunities before anyone writes a line of code. About two-thirds of build engagements start there — not because we sell it harder, but because the audit fee is recovered inside the first build it informs.

If you already know what you want built and have the spec to prove it, you don't need the audit. Skip ahead and email us the brief. If you're not sure yet, the audit is the cheaper place to find out.

QUESTIONS

Things people ask.

Four answers about scope, change requests, and what happens after launch. If yours isn't here, raise it on the discovery call.

Small changes — copy tweaks, layout adjustments, an extra field on a form — are free and folded in as we go. Anything that moves the scope (a new workflow, a new integration, a new role) goes through a written change order with its own price and timeline, signed off before we start it. The fixed-scope contract is what makes the fixed price possible.
Every build ships with 30 days of hypercare included — bugs, small adjustments, and questions all go through the same channel and we respond inside a day. After that, you either move to a monthly retainer (typically 8–15% of the build cost, depending on surface area) or take it in-house. We hand over the codebase, infrastructure, and documentation either way.
Yes — and we'd rather. If you already pay for Zoho, HubSpot, Paystack, Flutterwave, Sage, or a stable WhatsApp Business setup, the automation layer sits on top of those and uses their APIs. We only replace existing tools when keeping them costs more than ripping them out. The point is to remove the human in the middle, not to swap one piece of software for another.
You do. Every build comes with a private repository transferred to you on launch, infrastructure deployed under your own cloud accounts, and a written handover document covering credentials, environment variables, and the third-party services we used. If you decide to move to another vendor — or hire in-house — there is nothing to extract.
